Suite included climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. Lake view was a good bonus. The hotel location was beautiful in the middle of jackson.

Small hotel in a very quite area near to the lagoon, the lake and Bacalar. What an excellent staff. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Stunning and wonderful location, walking distance from Zoo World, liked this place.

Really enjoyed climate control, TV set, and a refrigerator in the room. It met my requirements. The location was unique, at a short distance from Ripley's Believe it or Not.

Staff was very friendly, I didn't want to say goodbye!
the suite overlooked garden. private bathrooms, that included a bath, were cleaned daily. the location offered was exceptionally nice near the lagoon, bacalar, and the lake. it also was in the middle of jackson.

The room we had included climate control, TV set, and a refrigerator. It had a great garden view balcony. The staff were very amiable, stunning and wonderful location in the middle of jackson. Also, the hotel was situated 10 minutes walk from tourist destination Cenote Azul: )
